Michael Mendelsohn is the Chairman/CEO of Patriot Pictures, LLC, and Union Patriot Capital Management, LLC. Michael Mendelsohn currently manages senior “stretch” debt fund of over $500 million specializing in project finance and film acquisition in the entertainment industry.

Mr. Mendelsohn has been the prior chief Media Entertainment advisor for Bank Of Tokyo/Union Bank of California [ 5years] and BNP Paribas [10 years] and arranged production financing for/or produced over $1.9 billion in production financing and $5.4 billion in box office revenue over 318 independent and major studio films.

Mr. Mendelsohn has also arranged financing for such films as Beacon Pictures and Wolfgang Peterson’s AIR FORCE ONE, Lakeshore Entertainment produced THE MOTHMAN PROPHECIES , the Wachowski Brothers’ THE MATRIX , Icon Pictures produced WHAT WOMEN WANT and Quentin Tarantino’ s RESERVOIR DOGS. He also Executive Produced LORD OF WAR , written and directed by Andrew Niccol and starring Nicolas Cage and Ethan Hawke.

Military and Veteran Affairs

Mike Dowling is a Marine Corps veteran producing and consulting on a wide range of productions centered around military veterans.

2011 he has consulted the producing teams for the ongoing Make the Connection and Veterans Crisis Line campaigns created for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs connecting thousands of veterans to mental health services.

In 2012 he CoFounded the 501c3 nonprofit Veterans in Film & Television connecting thousands of military veterans working in film and television. The organization has partnered with NBC Universal, Disney, HBO, FOX, ABC, CBS, and many others to provide ongoing career opportunities for veterans.

Mike joined Participant Media in 2014 producing content for their Return The Service campaign on Pivot TV bringing awareness to national veterans issues.

He then joined We Are The Mighty, a media brand that launched on Veterans Day 2014 creating content for the military veteran community. During his time there from 2014 – 2017 he produced digital media, consulted on national veterans campaigns, and was the director of outreach helping grow the company in to the largest media brand in the military veteran community.

He has recently worked with Academy Award winning filmmaker Robert Zemeckis of ImageMovers and Academy Award, Emmy, and Grammy winning documentary filmmaker James Moll of Allentown Productions on a production scheduled to premiere on Netflix.

Outside of entertainment Mike has consistently worked on veterans issues since his discharge from the Marines. He worked with military and civilian leaders including former Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff Admiral Mike Mullen (ret) and former mayor of Santa Monica Bobby Shriver to develop a federally approved master plan overhauling the 388 acre West Los Angeles VA campus to better serve the Los Angeles veteran community, the largest in the nation. Working with LA mayor Eric Garcetti’s veterans affairs office and USC’s Veterans Collaborative, he cofounded the Los Angeles Veterans Orientation in 2016 connecting newly transitioned veterans to resources in greater LA. He has been awarded Veteran of the Year in California’s 46th district, named to HillVets Top 100 military veteran influencers in the nation, and numerous other accolades for his work with veterans.

Mike served as a military working dog handler in the Marines and is a published author of the critically acclaimed book “Sergeant Rex: The Unbreakable Bond Between A Marine and His Military Working Dog” (Atria Books). He was also assigned to the Marine Corps Wounded Warrior Battalion taking care of traumatically wounded and ill service members before discharging from the Marines at the end of 2010.

Broadway Shows and Musicals

Tiffany Ganz spent more than a decade living in Europe, where she consulted for the world’s top 500 charities, in fundraising and marketing.  She pioneered an American company’s efforts to grow overseas, starting in London, England, and then moved to Barcelona, Spain.  She helped build more than 25 million dollars in business, in more than 15 countries, supporting people, and remarkable causes along the way.

Ms. Ganz also spent ten years in television news, starting out as a show producer, and went on to work for affiliates of NBC, ABC, CBS, and Fox, as a Senior Reporter, and News Anchor.  Tiffany quickly built a reputation for breaking stories, and for exclusive interviews.  She was responsible for covering the lead story each night, on the five, six, ten, and 11 o’clock newscasts.  Tiffany was also featured on CNN most evenings.

She also had an extensive, decade long, career in show business.  Tiffany performed on Broadway, was featured in hundreds of national commercials, soap operas, and worked in Tokyo, Japan, where she recorded songs in Japanese, and hosted a popular television show.

Tiffany Ganz currently serves on the board of directors, and is the Vice President of Creative, for the newly formed ‘A Matter of Conscience’.  The registered charity creates documentary films to help people, and good causes around the world.  The non-profit was created by a 40 time Emmy Award-winning Journalist, who worked for the network news show Dateline, and for CBS.

Tiffany is also a Bear Ambassador for the a non-profit organization called Adopt-A-Bear, dedicated to fighting child abuse.   Bears are donated to juvenile courts, police, and fire departments, to provide comfort to children in crisis, one teddy bear at a time.

She’s also a travel enthusiast, staying with tribal families in far flung places around the world, and has visited nearly 75 countries.

Business Development – EuroAsia

Ufuk Sevinc is Head of European Business Operations for Patriot Pictures, LLC. His professional career began in 1991 when he quickly progressed from a Project Manager and a Licensing & Merchandising Manager to Executive Vice President and CEO for some of the most prestigious names in the entertainment and film industry. The over 10 years spent in this high profile industry gained him invaluable experience through his work with companies like RTL Television Deutschland, ProSieben Group –ALTA VISTA FILMS, CINEMEDIA FILMPRODUKTIONS AG and the California-based company, PATRIOT ADVISORS LLC.

Then from 2004, Mr. Sevinc was contracted as the Head of Communications at Aachener Printen & Schokoladenfabrik for Henry Lambertz GmbH & Co. KG in Germany to develop and maintain a global network for the company in the fields of politics, entertainment and trade. Additional responsibilities included development of the communication strategy and the content and adminstration of sponsorships and events both nationally and internationally.

In 2012, due to increased demand by companies looking for assistance in Mr. Sevinc’s area of expertise, he co-founded Networking & Communications company. In this capacity, Mr. Sevinc has been contracted for projects related to global content markeing, event and relationship mangement and 360 degree communiation strategies for CGDC (Center for Gobal Dialog and Communications), City Challenges GMBH Formula 3 Car Race, BMW AG, Lambertz Calendar, Volkswagen AG, Porsche AG, Audi AG, Matchless London and LINDT Chocolate in Germany.

Mr. Sevinc is an avid supporter and active member of several notable non profit organizations and charities around the world including the Clinton Global Initiative, Center for Global Dialogue and Corporation, AMFAR Organization, Elton John Aids Foundation and Cinema for Peace Foundation. Mr. Sevinc is also a regular attendee of some of the most renowned events and forums which take place around the globe today.

Television – Movies and Series

Troy Rowland is a veteran entertainment specialist.  Troy began his career studying under John E. Allen Jr. at Freedom Theatre in Philadelphia and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theatre/Directing from The University of The Arts in Philadelphia. Troy has studied with Walter Dallas and Barbara Somerville of Yale School of Drama and served at NYU New Dramatists internship program in New York City.

For years, Troy worked for Disney as an acting consultant until he was assigned to work with Hilary Duff on Lizzie McGuire, and then later on her management team and became Hilarys’ producing partner for seven years while serving as Senior V.P. of Operations.

Troy also directs television for Disney and recently worked on Amazons’ “Sigmund and the Sea Monsters” and the first season of TV1’s comedy, Here We Go Again.

Troy also produced and directed the pilot, Discord and Harmony episodes 1 and 2. Projects Troy has been associated with: Walk the Prank, Kirby Buckets, I Didn’t Do It, Cosmic Encounters, Killers, The Preachers KID, Material Girls, Cheaper By The Dozen 1& 2, The Perfect Man, Raise Your Voice, The Even Stevens Movie, Agent Cody Banks, The Lizzie Movie among others.

Troy also assisted Chip Fields for years in the 90’s on shows like Hangin’ with Mr. Cooper, Livin’ Single, and The Steve Harvey Show, Troy has also worked on The George Lopez Show, NYPD Blue and The Cosby Show.
